WILLIAM FLETCHER
Bill Fletcher has been with Design Analysis since the beginning.
Bill is the President/CEO, and has been since the start of the company.
He is responsible for making all corporate decisions and is the chief
scientist.
Bill's favorite hobby is cooking and pit barbequing. Some of his
other interests are raising cattle and gardening.
Bill is married, and has seven kids, and 15 grandkids. He earned
his PHD from the school of "Hard Knocks," Berkley, Utah State,
and Weber State University. |

KATHY FLETCHER
Kathy has been a member of the Design Analysis team since 1978.
When she started, she was the only girl in the company. Her current
position is the bookkeeper.
Kathy enjoys doing cross-stitch and going shopping. Kathy
is married to Bill, and has one daughter, Cayli. She is also the
step mom of Terrell. |

DAVID OLSEN
David Olsen has been a member of the Design Analysis team since
1978. When he began working here, he was a technician, and is now
one of our engineers. Dave's job includes designing new electrical,
mechanical, and software products.
Dave is married and have five daughters. He enjoys riding his
Dirt Bike, and also has an interest in Machine Tools. |

TERRELL FLETCHER
Terrell has been with Design Analysis since June of 1983. He began
working as a Technician and is now the Director of the WaterLOG®
Division.
Terrell, along with his dad, Bill, is also responsible for sales in the
Central States area.
Terrell enjoys cooking, (he cooks a GREAT barbeque) as well as
softball, fishing, hunting, raising beef cattle, and just hanging out with
his family. Terrell is married and has four sons.
Terrell’s accomplishments include a Bachelors Degree in Electrical
Engineering at Utah State University, and served a volunteer, two-year mission for the LDS Church in Ireland. |

ROBIN DOWNS
Robin has been an employee of Design Analysis since October of
1986. When Robin started here at DAA she was the Administrative
Assistant, and now is the Marketing Coordinator.
Robin is married to Jeff, has four sons, and six grandchildren. Some of her favorite hobbies include camping,
fishing, and gardening. Robin also enjoys spending time with her
family and spoiling her grand-kids.
Having been with Design Analysis for several years, Robin is accustomed to
the daily ins and outs of the company. She works with the other
employees to ensure the smooth flow of business activities throughout the
company. From managing the office to overseeing shipping, to
providing customer service, to helping in the preparation of proposals, to
contract administration, to sales team support, to order acceptance and
order invoicing to . . . . She is the GLUE that holds us all together!!! |

GARY BAKER
Gary Baker has worked for Design Analysis Associates, Inc. since July
1995. He is the Director of Sales &
Marketing.
Some of Gary’s hobbies include: golf, snow skiing, golf, basketball,
football, and golf. Other interests include golfing, and golfing with his
son.
Gary has been married for over 15 years and has three children (one boy
& two girls). He is originally from Southern California. Gary moved to
Utah to attend Weber State University where he graduated in 1990 with a
B.S. Degree in Business Administration.
Prior to his employment with DAA, Gary worked for Chromalox as a Human
Resource Representative, and has also worked with Arizona Instrument as a
territory manager. |

BRANDT HELLSTERN
Brandt has been a member of the Design Analysis Sales Team since February 2002. Brandt is the North Central Sales
Manager and also the International Sales Manager for South and
Central America. His
responsibilities include product demos, trade shows and sales management
of the North Central States, South and Central America.
Brandt enjoys hobbies such as basketball, swimming and hunting. He also
enjoys spending time with his family.
Brandt is married to DeDe and they have five children. Brandt graduated from Utah State
University with a degree in Business Administration. |

MICHAEL NELSON
Mike has been with Design Analysis since November of 1993. He started as an
engineer, working on contract jobs and assignments. Today Mike is still
involved in engineering but more exclusively with our products.
Mike’s responsibilities also include managing and writing software
for the H-350XL™, H-500XL™, as well as other WaterLOG®
Products such as the H-350, H-500, H-510, and other software and hardware
tasks.
Mike was raised in Idaho and Montana. After attending college, Mike
moved to Logan and began his career in the environmental data logging
industry. In his spare time, Mike enjoys hiking, biking, and riding his
motorcycle. |

BRAD SCHAEFERMEYER
Brad Schaefermeyer has been an employee of Design
Analysis since December 2002. He is the International Sales
Manager. His main responsibility is marketing products to
International Customers.
Brad enjoys skiing, hunting, fishing, paint-balling,
water sports, and football. He enjoys watching and playing sports
but says that he gets too competitive when doing so. Brad also likes
watching movies and playing the piano and guitar.
Brad is married and has five children, of which four are
adopted. Brad says, "It is not the 'easy way' as many people
believe."
Brad graduated from DeVry Institute of Technology in
Phoenix, AZ with a BS Degree in
Electronic Engineering. |

MIKE ARGYLE
Mike Argyle has been a member of the Design Analysis team since October
of 1994. When he began here, he was an Engineer, and he still is,
along with being the Production Manager.
Some of his responsibilities include designing enclosures and/or
mounting for new and existing products, radios, modems, bubblers, and
peripheral products for each.
Mike's favorite hobby is doing construction. He also enjoys most
outdoor activities, such as, camping, hunting, fishing, skiing, and ATV
riding.
Mike is married and has three kids. He graduated from Utah State
University in 1990 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. |

BRANDON BANHAM
Brandon Banham has worked for Design Analysis since January 1994.
When he started he was a Technician, and he still is. His responsibilities
include production, maintenance, repair & technical support for the
H-350's, H-350XL™'s, H-500XL™'s, and Sidekicks.
Brandon enjoys playing basketball and hiking. He also enjoys
playing the guitar. Brandon is married and has two boys and one
girl. Brandon graduated with a four year electronics degree. |

JASON BRADFIELD
Jason Bradfield has worked for Design Analysis Associates, Inc. since
December 1991. When Jason began working here, he was working in
documentation for the company. He currently is working in Purchasing and
his responsibilities include keeping track of inventory parts and PC Board
production.
In Jason’s spare time he enjoys both snow and water skiing, and says,
"There is nothing like a good movie." Jason is single and
resides in Logan, Utah. He is also a part-time student at Utah State
University. |

ROBERT TAYLOR
Robert Taylor has been an employee of Design Analysis
since August of 1999. Robert is the Network Administrator and one of
our Programmers. His responsibilities also include digital
photography, website administration, and PC Support.
Robert's hobbies include building and flying model
aircraft, and electronics. He also enjoys
watching movies such as Lord of the Rings, Ghostbusters, and Star Wars. |

JASON FINDLAY
Jason Findlay has been an employee here at Design Analysis
since October 2003. Jason boxes up most of the equipment that is
shipped from our facility. Jason also builds cables and assembles
some products.
Jason enjoys going camping, swimming, watching movies, listening to
music, and hanging out with friends.

BRIAN SHUPE
Brian Shupe has worked for Design Analysis since January 2004.
Brian is one of our Customer Support Technicians, and is also an Electronics
Technician. His responsibilities include answering questions for
customers by phone or by e-mail and design assistance of new products or
upgrades of old products.
Brian enjoys playing basketball, singing, dancing, and watching
movies.
Brian is married to Mandy and they have one little girl and two little
boys. Brian has an associates degree in Electronics Systems
and a Certificate in Laser Optics. |
